May I give a little advice?
ReplyDelete- Can you make this app apk only, and cards data (animation) with different (data only) like Gameloft game. Because if apk + data will gave big apk size.
- Can you make this app too for move to SD Card? Because if internal memory not enough.
- If I want to add animation card, how to make that? Because this is open source. Right? So, I want to support it.

2. It's already possible. App takes only few kilobytes of internal storage on my phone.
3. It's not quite open-source. You can download Vuforia SDK ,with witch this app was made, for free at Qualcomm's site, but I didn't released models/my own scripts yet. But if you have expirience working with 3D modeling software(s) and are willing to help I'll be glad to share these models with you.

DeleteWhat programing languages do you know? I'm making this app on Unity so either C# (preferable) or javascript will do. Actually I'm more 3D modeler than programmer (to tell the truth I know only basics of C#).
I don't really code in either but im experienced in actionscript 3 which is closley related to both, so i could use javascript. Let me know!

ReplyDeletethis is awesome, finally someone did it.Just wanted to let you know that i just ran into you app today and have been messing with it all day, i have a ATT samsung galaxy s2 and while using it on the card you have on ur website my camera on my phone was getting really hot and started buzzing. im pretty sure it was from the camera a computer screen interference. just thought i would let you know just incase others run into this issue, but this app is awesome keep it up. ReplyDeleteThis is a great app. The only thing I dont like is that most of the dragons are flying horizontal and its hard to see their faces and other details. Could u not tilt them a little so more of their details can be seen. Other then that is app is amazing. I also saw that the some of the cards are animated, that is awesome. R u going to animate all of the cards when u have time.

When will the new version of this app come out? and when did the version 1.1 come out? I'm for monsters to move and attack other monsters and when they are looked at on the screen to have an anamation for example when I put my phone on the monster, the monster slowly rises and moves as if it is roaring or getting ready to attack, also my friends have been asking me if spell and trap cards work but I had to tell them no I hope to have these within the next few updates that would be great!, by the way, you did an AMAZING job on this app I LOVE this app! i will be looking forward to have new updates to this app!
ReplyDeleteAll you need is a small team of programmers and a army of 3-d animators or konami's approval/funding in this project ... i see a lot of potential in this app ... it could be applied to so many different card games or general application ... wish you luck ... I have a lot of improvement ideas such as being available to tempary save the monster for the duel or connect bluetooth to see them attack one another ... etc ... etc, having the option to download specific animations of cards on the phones sd memory to conserve memory thus making making it more marketable and memory efficient

Hi, can you enable reversed/horizontally inverted images so this app could be compatible with front camera androids. If mirror image was enabled more people could use the app and could simply stand up tablets facing the duel and watch the monsters come to life. I wish more alternate art was supported or the ability to associate alternate art was included but supporting mirror images would be really awesome.

XD I've tried a few cards out and I think probably the easiest thing you could change would be the size of the images. I see you have all the monsters on a scale with Blue Eyes taking up the screen and Baby Dragon of course is tiny. But I still think they could at least be a tad larger, that's all.

i came up with an idea of putting the augmented reality in a sort of a head gear with eye glasses..or like a full face helmet of a car or motor cylcle..so that when you put the helmet on and play yu gi oh..the monsters will come to life even though it is only in the players eyes..and also in the other player whom he's battling with..also in the tournaments the cameras should have augmented realities:) i feel this would be a huge success for the developers..i wish..someone woth the brain..and resources can build it.and mass produce for the public:)agree guys?

ReplyDeleteI agree completely with the few others that have said. This app should net some fame. I could easily see this becoming famous and expanding to other yugioh applications. Maybe they could finally make that Aug Reality duel disk. I have been a yugioh fan and duelist for 10 years now. Married, college grad and I still play it fondly when possible. This is awesome, but I would love to see this support all the fun and useful DM era cards and the famous ones after (good job on stardust and rose). AWESOME JOB!!! I could totally see Konami or someone else with common sense sponser this. Wonderful. Truly capturing and could be a catalyst to usher in a new era of dueling and bring all the hype rushing back in!

I found a way to get the monster to pop out without the real card just find a picture on Google that has the card and it will work I got the picture on my ipod. It will work

it includes stuff like attacking, card list, news feed, a way to request new cards and stuff built into the app. nothing big. :)
we also just today released a new app that will work with this app and all future Yugioh ar apps to allow users to be able to not just receive notifications about the app but also be able to reply.
we are trying to make this app work the best way possible with all of our fans.

Nice post and lovely cards, don't now everyone can produce these cards at home and make other surprised by doing trick with own designed cards just get quality printer and Toner Cartridge for Printers to start playing tricks with your love ones.

The person who use this app, only have to download the card in these deck and put in a direction (eg: root/android/data.....bla...bla)
But i think, if this app able to use the models in SDcard. It's better!!!

CLASSICAL ATM HACKERS, is the only genuine ATM cloned card vendor which i have tested and confirmed. So i met this hacker online and we emailed back & forth about an ATM card and how they create them and sells them thus was curious how this could be true. I was in trouble financially two weeks ago so i told him i need one asap. I western union some money to him and to my greatest shock, the card was shipped to me in 44 hrs. When i got it i went to a near by ATM which was across the street from my house and i asked for $9000 and it actually dispensed the fucking cash{ WHAT A MIRACLE} so since then I've been able to get money freely with no pin.
